We raised Minx and sold her as a foal. We kept an eye on her because she was the only foal we got out of Shamrock before we lost her. We had the opportunity to lease her in 2018 and we bred her to Cat Smart Boonsmal in the hopes of obtaining a stallion prospect. We were delighted with our result-- CA Indigo Cat. In 2022, we got the opportunity to buy her back and jumped at it. She has seen some professional trainers that wanted to advance her to cutting or reining, so clearly she has some talent. Her 2023 foal by RC Calcetas is being retained as a replacement filly.
