Jewel, affectionately known as Peanut, did a remarkable job with her first foal as just a 4 year old. Not only did she milk like a seasoned mare, she put her lovely disposition on her baby, such that, just a week after weaning, he responded to his little 5 year old new best friend. How COOL is that!! It will be fun to see where this duo goes! Marcona (aka Markie or MY baby horse!) spent time at a trainer in the summer of 2025 and was a favorite. We lost her 2024 filly to an infection; her 2025's is replacement filly material but got beat out by her grandmother's filly. Fortunately for us, one of our bonus kids bought her so she'll likely be around for us to watch grow and mature!
